If you prefer that your professional property manager handles all aspects of your bookings, home management and guest experiences, including communication during guest stay then Complete Management is the service level for you. In addition to the services, Venture Yours covers the cost of your guest consumables.

  • Onboarding Consultation

    All preparation to get your listing in order from house rules to photoshoot and everything in between. This is where we work to set your property up for success and take over management so you can take a step back and feel confident in growing your vacation rental business.

  • Professional Photography

    It’s no surprise that professional photos equal more nights booked. Have you been thinking how much more income you would see, if you had professional photos? Think no more, professional photography is included in the Complete Management Service. Photos create trust and are a reflection of who you as an owner, not just a representation of your property. Professional photos, that is. Dark images may have you looking dishonest. Messy rooms can have you look unpleasant.

    Professional photos are a key marketing tool; your photos are the doorway for your guest to walk through and digitally become your guest. This starts your guest on the right foot for a world-class hospitality experience. The first-class experience is then reflected in your reviews, which are further proof to travelers of your amazing vacation rental. Thus increasing your bottom line.

  • Professional Listing

    Venture Yours will list and manage your property across dozens of booking channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, etc.

    Venture Yours will craft your listing by creating a full story for your guests with your Photos, Title and Description, Amenities, House Rules, Check in and Cancellation Policies, Pricing and Cleaning Fee, along with other details. Here you can stipulate strict rules such as No Pets, etc.

  • Marketing & Price Optimization

    Venture Yours knows the importance of marketing and has therefore implemented a marketing team focused on maximizing the exposure of your property.

    In order to optimize pricing, we change pricing based on season, holidays, last minute discounts; the pricing is changing daily!  This assures we are optimizing rates year round, ensuring your home is truly maximizing its potential.  You can expect to see a 10-40% improvement.

  • Quality Control

    We have a multi-level inspection team dedicated to your property. Each property is rigorously inspected as part of the turnover process. Additionally, our inspection supervisor makes regular visits to each property to ensure quality of turnover process, general maintenance of items like light bulb changes and noting larger items that need to be escalated for the maintenance team.

    Through our experience we’ve found that properties can perform exceptional the first year but without regular property visits, wear and tear of the property begin to show. Missing utensils, bath mats, scuffs on the wall from suitcases, etc… small things that make a big difference. Your property is rated on criteria that vacation rental channels use to rank you; we make sure that criteria is met at high standards so that you can rank higher on the search page.

  • Housekeeping & Turnover

    We train our housekeepers to fold the towels, make the beds, which eco-friendly products to use for a healthy and toxin free habitat. Our training is a 6 step process; we find an impersonalized commercial maid service isn’t sufficient to meet the demands of a vacation rental property.

    Upon guest check out our team performs turnover and are trained to notice and immediately escalate any potential issues that can occur during a guest stay to our quality control supervisor.

  • Guest Consumables

    Venture Yours covers the cost of consumable supplies for our guests:

    Shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods (if applicable), sponge, kitchen trash bags, and small trash can liners.

  • Scheduling Repairs

    Homes have unexpected minor repairs but you can rest easy knowing that we’ll have our finger on the pulse of your property. In the case of repairs, general maintenance is scheduled by Venture Yours and billed to the owner. (Repairs and maintenance such as Hot Tub maintenance, clogged toilet, etc.).

    Owner-expensed repairs include, but are not limited to, appliance replacement upon malfunction, electrical malfunctions, plumbing issues, and replacing items suffering from natural wear (furniture, vacuums etc.). Owners are responsible for items required to maintain the overall safety and comfort of the home. Owners are not, however, responsible for expenses specific to each guests stay (consumable supplies).

  • Guest Support 7-days a Week

    The Complete Management Service will assure pre, during & post communication with your guests are handled quickly and efficiently. This means all booking confirmations, questions, check In instructions, support during stay, and reviews after your guest stay will be handled by Venture Yours. If a guests asks “is there a blender at the property,” we handle. If they ask Can we have an early check in or late check out,” we handle. If they ask “Can we alter our dates,” we handle and should they arrive and need help with anything in the home, we handle that too.

    We have a team on call, 7 days a week, who responds to every inquiry and confirms reservations; ensuring a streamlined booking experience for your guests and more nights booked for you.

  • Technology in Your Home

    The age of main users on vacation rental sites are between 25-34. For this reason Ventures Yours assures your property embraces today’s household technologies. The three technologies we require for all owners to have are Smart TV, Keyless entry, and Bluetooth speaker (never spending more than $175 to be up to date). What does this mean and how do I only spend up to $175 for a smart TV, etc?

    In our initial meeting, we will note what technologies you have and which are needed. We will send you our preferred links to the products we deem quality and cost conscious, thus you never spend more than $175. If you don’t already have a smart TV, we will send you a link to a “Fire Stick” The fire stick turns your LED TV into a Smart TV. A breakdown of your technology and how much each item would cost for you to purchase: Fire Stick – $35 (turns led tv into smart tv), Keyless Entry – $100 and Bluetooth speaker – $35.

  • Interior Design
